Booking & Service Policy

Deposite

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
  • The deposit must be sent within 48 hours
  • Your deposit goes toward your total service
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment

Cancellation & Reschedule

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance
  • The deposit can be transferred to a new date
  • Late cancellations (under 48h) require a new deposit to rebook

No-Show / Same Day Cancellation

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

Appointment Preparation

  • Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or oil-based products)
  • Dirty lashes (mascara or strip lash residue) will result in a $10 cleaning fee
  • No contact lenses during your appointment

Refunds & Fixes

  • No refunds after service is completed
  • Free touch-up available within 2 days of your appointment
  • If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately for free removal

Mobile Service Fee

  • A transportation fee may apply depending on your location
